🔒 How your documents are handled

Some gates require proof — your insurance declaration page, your HIPAA and OSHA certificates, your hazmat certificate. Those files go to private, encrypted storage filed under your account ID. The storage bucket is not public and has no browsable URL, so there is nothing to guess at and nothing for a search engine to index.

When you open one of your own documents, the system mints a link that expires after 60 seconds. Another member cannot open your file even with the exact path — the database checks the account on the request and refuses. Your documents are never shared with courier companies, lead buyers, or anyone else. Press Remove and the file is deleted from storage, not just hidden.

Only upload what the gate asks for. Certificates, declaration pages, registrations. Never upload patient information, specimen manifests, or anything from a client's records — that material belongs on their system under their HIPAA agreement, not here.
