Terms of Service

The short version
  • RouteFlow teaches you how to start a courier business. It is not a franchise, not a job, and not a guarantee of income.
  • Phases 0โ€“3 are free. Membership is $19/month and you can cancel anytime.
  • Lead batches are $49 for 20 facilities. We'll replace dead numbers; otherwise delivered data isn't refundable.
  • The materials are for you to use in your own business โ€” not to resell or republish.
  • We're not your lawyer, accountant, or insurance agent. Verify things that matter.

01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and MR Web Solutions TX, a business based in Prosper, Texas ("we", "us"). They apply when you use mrwebsolutionstx.com, the RouteFlow program, or any service we provide through them.

By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the services. You must be at least 18 years old.

Client work โ€” websites and applications we build under a separate written proposal or contract โ€” is governed by that document. Where it conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

02What we provide

RouteFlow is an educational and organizational program for people starting an independent medical courier business. It provides written guidance, checklists arranged in eight phases, worksheets, a compliance calendar, and optional lead lists.

RouteFlow is not:

We take no ownership stake in your business and no share of your revenue.

03No income guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

Every earnings figure in our materials is a range drawn from published industry data, presented to help you understand the market. It is not a projection of your results and not a promise.

What you earn depends on your market, the hours you put in, your vehicle and insurance costs, your pricing, your reliability, and whether you can sell. Many people who start a courier business never land a direct account. Some stop before completing a single paid route. You accept that risk.

If anyone claiming to represent us promises you a specific income, they are not authorized to do so and you should tell us.

04Not professional advice

Our materials cover regulated subjects: business formation, insurance, taxes, hazardous materials handling, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements. None of it is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, or regulatory advice, and using our services doesn't create a professional relationship of that kind.

Regulations change and vary by county, client, and situation. Before you rely on anything, confirm it with the issuing agency or a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for your own compliance.

05Your account

06What you upload

Your documents stay yours. You keep all ownership of anything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your files, show them back to you, and let an authorized reviewer confirm that a phase gate is genuinely met.

By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the file doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Never upload patient information. That includes specimen manifests, requisitions, chain-of-custody forms, or delivery records containing patient identifiers. RouteFlow is not built to hold protected health information, and we are not a business associate of your courier clients under HIPAA. If you upload material like that, you are responsible for the disclosure. We may delete it without notice.

We may also remove content that is unlawful, or that has nothing to do with the phase gate it was submitted for.

07Billing and renewal

Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We never receive or store your full card number.

08Refunds

We'd rather be obviously fair than argue about $19.

Email [email protected] and say what happened. We don't require a reason for the 14-day membership refund.

09Lead batches

Lead batches are compiled from public records and published directories. We check them before delivery, but we don't guarantee that every entry is accurate, current, or interested. Businesses close, numbers change, and staff turn over.

A batch is a list of businesses to contact. It is not a list of prospects who have asked to hear from you, and buying one doesn't mean anyone will answer or sign.

You are responsible for how you contact them. That includes telemarketing rules, do-not-call obligations, text and fax restrictions, and any recording-consent laws where you or they are located. Lists are licensed for your own outreach only โ€” don't resell, publish, or redistribute them.

10Acceptable use

Don't:

11Ownership of materials

All program content โ€” text, checklists, worksheets, scripts, templates, calendars, and software โ€” belongs to MR Web Solutions TX and is protected by copyright.

While your account is active, and for the free phases permanently, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials to run your own courier business. Anything you've downloaded stays yours to use even if you cancel โ€” there's no clawback. What you may not do is redistribute or resell it.

12Third-party services

Our materials name specific courier platforms, training providers, insurers, and government agencies so you know where to go. We're not affiliated with them, we receive no commission for naming them, and we're not responsible for their services, prices, or decisions. Their terms are between you and them.

13Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time โ€” cancel your membership, or ask us to delete your account entirely.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for sharing access, redistributing materials, or attempting to reach another member's data. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we'll ask you to fix it first. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach, we'll refund the unused portion of that month.

Sections 3, 4, 11, and 14 through 17 survive the end of this agreement.

14Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in them is complete or current.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR Web Solutions TX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MR Web Solutions TX from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or the operation of your courier business โ€” including any claim relating to material you uploaded that you should not have.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most problems are a misunderstanding about a charge, and most get fixed the same week.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. For changes that materially affect your rights or what you pay, we'll email account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept it.
